Shares of Reliance Industries rose over 3 % on the Bombay Stock Exchange after media reported that Telecom tribunal TDSAT today deferred hearing on Reliance Jio free-offer case to May 3. Cheering the news, shares of the company gained as much as 3.03 % to hit intra-day high of Rs 1411.00 apiece on the Bombay Stock Exchange.
The scrip was currently trading at Rs 1410.00 against previous close price of Rs 1369.40. In a similar fashion, stocks of company were trading 2.83 % higher at Rs 1,408.30 apiece on the National Stock Exchange. Meanwhile, the broader benchmark BSE Sensex was trading at 29,484.95, up 62.56 points or 0.21 %, at 11:35 hour.
