JUST DIAL MONTHLY REPORT

JustDial is an Indian company providing search services all over India, over the Phone, Web, Mobile and SMS. It is headquartered in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The Company provides local search and related services to users in India through multiple platforms such as the internet mobile internet over the telephone (voice) and text (SMS). Users are required to call a common number and simply tell the human operator what service they are looking for. The Company was incorporated as A&M Communications Private Limited on December 20, 1993 at New Delhi as a private limited company under the Companies Act. The name of our Company was changed from A&M Communications Private Limited to Just Dial Private Limited on December 26, 2006. Subsequently, pursuant to a special resolution passed by our Shareholders at an extra-ordinary general meeting held on July 22, 2011, the Company was converted into a public limited company and a fresh certificate of incorporation pursuant to the change of name was issued by the RoC on July 26, 2011. 
Major events of the Company 
  1. 1993 - Incorporation of our Company as A&M Communications Private Limited 
  2. 1996 - Commencement of our Company’s search business operations in Mumbai with 8888-888 telephone number 
  3. 2006 - Change in name of the Company from A&M Communications Private Limited to Just Dial Private Limited 
  4. 2007 - Launch of our Company’s website http://www.justdial.com
  5. - Launch of our search service through SMS and mobile internet 
  6. 2011 - Demerger of activities and operations pertaining to IT-related testing and other related services of our Company to JD Global 
  7. 2014 -Just Dial goes Global to launch services in UK, UAE. 
  8. 2015 -Just Dial launches new Android app Search Plus

Fundamental Analysis:

Just Dial Private Limited has market capitalization of Rs. 27152.74 Cr and quarterly net profit of 38.16 Cr in the quarter ended on Jun 2017. The company announced Buy-back on August 1,2017 which opened on August 9, 2017 and closed on September 25,2017. The Buy-back was undertaken, for an amount not exceeding 83.91 crore which is approximately 9.998% of the Equity Share capital. The Company has bought back 22,41 ,000 Equity Shares at an average price of Rs 374.1 per Equity Share.
  1. · Just Dial Ltd. key Products/Revenue Segments include Sale of services which contributed Rs 674.62 Crore to Sales Value (97.65 % of Total Sales).
  2. · Operating Revenue which contributed Rs 12.55 Crore to Sales Value (1.81 % of Total Sales)
  3. · Software Services which contributed Rs 3.66 Crore to Sales Value (0.52 % of Total Sales)for the year ending 31-Mar-2016.
Technical analysis:

The stock, since Dec 29, 2016; was in bullish trend after testing the levels around 320 on the lower side where it made low of 318.05 which is its all-time low. This trend continued till Mar 17, 2017 then correction started in the stock and it almost corrected 100% by testing the levels of 330.15 on Aug 11, 2017. But since then it is recovering from bottom levels and tested the resistance levels around 420 which it tested on Sep 19, 2017. This level was earlier a good support for the stock which it tested in Sep 2016, Oct 2016, Feb 2017, May 2017 and Jun 2017. After Jun 2017 it is trading between the range of 330 to 420 and currently it is trading around 380 levels.
  1. It has strong support around the levels of 320
  2. MACD showing upward crossover on weekly charts
  3. RSI also looking strong on weekly charts and showing positive divergence
  4. The stock has bounced from the support around 320 and sustaining above it.
