Menthaoil on MCX settled up 1.6% at 1311.7 amid pick-up in demand from consuming industries in the spot market against restricted supplies from Chandausi in Uttar Pradesh. As per the reports the global demand of essential oil will increase in the coming years. This will boost mentha oil demand, mainly from medicines, health products, cosmetics as well as food and beverages.

Stock positions of mentha in MCX accredited warehouses were around 9472 drums which 144 drums more in comparison to previous day, while in process were 192 drums, which is 60 drums less against the previous day. Low arrivals amidst fall in acreage for sowing this year (due to 25% price hike in wheat) will be support for prices in near term.

But since then it is recovering from bottom levels and tested the resistance levels around 420 which it tested on Sep 19, 2017. This level was earlier a good support for the stock which it tested in Sep 2016, Oct 2016, Feb 2017, May 2017 and Jun 2017. After Jun 2017 it is trading between the range of 330 to 420 and currently it is trading around 380 levels.

कच्चे तेल में आज छोटे दायरे में कारोबार देखा जा रहा है। हालांकि, ब्रेंट की कीमतें 27 महीने के ऊपरी स्तर पर बनी हुई हैं। ब्रेंट के दाम 59 डॉलर के पार हैं। सऊदी अरब की तरफ से सप्लाई में कटौती जारी रखने के संकेत से कच्चे तेल को सपोर्ट मिल रहा है। सोने में भी छोटे दायरे में कारोबार हो रहा है। कॉमेक्स पर सोना 1265 डॉलर के करीब है। अमेरिका में ब्याज दरें बढ़ने की संभावना से सोने की कीमतों पर दबाव है। चांदी पर भी दबाव बना हुआ है। कॉमैक्स पर चांदी 16.8 डॉलर पर कारोबार कर रही है। बेस मेटल्स में मुनाफावसूली देखी जा रही है। शंघाई में कॉपर 1 फीसदी नीचे है जबकि निकेल में 2 फीसदी की कमजोरी देखी जा रही है।

NIFTY MARKET NEWS UPDATE :- सेंसेक्स 33000 के पार बंद, निफ्टी 10300 के करीब

आज बाजार में जोरदार तेजी का दिन रहा। बैंकिंग शेयरों में हुई शानदार खरीदारी के चलते आज बाजार भी खूब भागा। कल सरकार के बैंक रिकैपिटलाइजेशन के एलान का असर था कि आज बैंक निफ्टी करीब 3.5 फीसदी चढ़कर बंद हुआ। पीएसयू बैंकिंग शेयर का हाल तो ये रहा कि एसबीआई, बैंक ऑफ बड़ौदा, कैनरा बैंक जैसे शेयर 30 फीसदी से ज्यादा चढ़े तो पीएनबी ने करीब 50 फीसदी की छलांग लगाई।

आज निफ्टी पहली बार 10300 के पार निकलने में कामयाब हुआ, जबकि सेंसेक्स भी पहली बार 33000 को पार कर गया। निफ्टी ने आज 10340.55 का रिकॉर्ड उच्चतम स्तर बनाया, तो सेंसेक्स 33117.33 का रिकॉर्ड उच्चतम स्तर बनाने में कामयाब हुआ। अंत में निफ्टी 10300 के करीब बंद हुआ है, जबकि सेंसेक्स 33000 के ऊपर बंद हुआ है।

मिडकैप और स्मॉलकैप शेयरों में मिलाजुला कारोबार देखने को मिला है। बीएसई का मिडकैप इंडेक्स करीब 0.5 फीसदी बढ़कर बंद हुआ है, जबकि बीएसई के स्मॉलकैप इंडेक्स में 0.2 फीसदी की गिरावट दर्ज की गई है। निफ्टी का मिडकैप 100 इंडेक्स 1.5 फीसदी से ज्यादा मजबूत होकर बंद हुआ है। निफ्टी के स्मॉलकैप इंडेक्स में 1.5 फीसदी से ज्यादा की बढ़त दर्ज की गई है।

बैंकिंग शेयरों में जहां जोश देखने को मिला, वहीं फार्मा और रियल्टी शेयरों में दबाव नजर आया। बैंक निफ्टी 3.4 फीसदी बढ़कर 25,036 के स्तर पर बंद हुआ है। निफ्टी का पीएसयू बैंक इंडेक्स करीब 30 फीसदी मजबूत होकर बंद हुआ है। हालांकि निफ्टी के फार्मा इंडेक्स में 1.5 फीसदी की गिरावट दर्ज की गई है।

The Reserve Bank of India today fixed the reference rate of the rupee at 65.1386 against the US dollar and 76.5900 for the euro. The corresponding rates were 64.9256 and 76.3395, as on yesterday.

According to an RBI statement, the exchange rates for the pound and the yen against the rupee were 85.4814 and 57.19 per 100 yens, respectively, based on reference rates for the dollar and cross-currency quotes at noon. The SDR-rupee figure will be based on this rate, the statement added.

भारतीय बास्केट के कच्चे तेल की अंतर्राष्ट्रीय कीमत सोमवार को 56.38 डॉलर प्रति बैरल दर्ज की गई। यह शुक्रवार को दर्ज कीमत 55.83 डॉलर प्रति बैरल से अधिक रही। पेट्रोलियम एवं प्राकृतिक गैस मंत्रालय के अधीन पेट्रोलियम नियोजन एवं विश्लेषण प्रकोष्ठ (पीपीएसी) द्वारा मंगलवार को यह जानकारी दी गई।

रुपये के संदर्भ में भारतीय बास्केट के कच्चे तेल की कीमत सोमवार को बढ़कर 3665.86 रुपये प्रति बैरल हो गई, जबकि शुक्रवार को यह 3632.27 रुपये प्रति बैरल थी। रुपया सोमवार को बढ़कर 65.02 रुपये प्रति डॉलर के स्तर पर बंद हुआ, जबकि शुक्रवार को यह 65.06 रुपये प्रति डॉलर था।
